Your monthly content package
The Afterworks Toolkit costs $297 per monthly subscription cycle and includes 10 static posts, 3 reels and captions across up to 5 jobs. Prices include applicable tax. Eligible new customers receive the advertised first-month discount. Your cycle follows your subscription renewal date, rather than the first day of each calendar month.
Photos for your next cycle
You may prepare your next cycle’s job photos in your Studio during the current cycle. At renewal, the photos and job details saved for the next cycle are treated as your final submission. You do not need to upload all 5 jobs: fewer jobs can be used to create your full monthly package, provided the source material is suitable. Uploads saved after the cycle’s submission is finalised are for a later cycle unless we agree otherwise.
No photos: pause your subscription
If no new job photos have been uploaded for the next cycle by your renewal date, Afterworks will review the account and manually pause further renewal charges. Billing does not pause automatically when photos are missing. If the renewal payment has already been collected for that cycle and there are no new job photos, we will refund that renewal payment as part of this review. This policy applies to renewals; your initial payment starts your first order and you can then complete its uploads.
We will confirm the pause and explain how to resume. Uploading photos alone does not authorise an unexpected catch-up charge. Before resuming, we will confirm your next payment date and the content cycle it covers. You can contact us at hello@afterworks.com.au to arrange a restart.
Partial or unsuitable uploads
If you have uploaded photos for fewer jobs, we treat the available jobs as the final set for that cycle and prepare the full monthly package from them. Fewer jobs do not reduce the monthly price. We will not invent missing work or silently treat corrupt files, unfinished uploads or missing required before-and-after photos as a complete brief. If the available material is insufficient, we will contact you to resolve it before production and confirm any effect on billing or timing.
Production and delivery
Content is ready in 24 hours after payment and receipt of complete, usable photos, job details and brand information. Finished content is reviewed by Afterworks before release to your private Studio, where you can download media and copy captions. We notify you when your pack is ready. This service creates content; you or your social media manager publish it.
Your photos and corrections
You must have permission to use the material you upload. Avoid unnecessary personal information and customer addresses. AI-generated content can contain mistakes: check delivered files against your original work before posting. Email hello@afterworks.com.au with the job name, affected file and correction needed if something is inaccurate.
Managing your subscription
You can manage billing or cancel through your Studio. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves access for the period already paid. A paused subscription does not generate new content or new charges until it is resumed under the confirmed payment arrangement.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us if there is a problem with the service.
